Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 6th February 2002.

Section 2

At the beginning of Part 1 of the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000 (Resolutions of the Security Council of the United Nations) there shall be inserted:

“Resolution 1390 (2002) of 16th January 2002 (Afghanistan)”.
