Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (Consolidation) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st September 2002.

Section 2

The Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (Consolidation) (England) Regulations 2001 shall be amended as follows.

Section 3

After paragraph 18 of Schedule 2 the following paragraph shall be inserted—

(19) A person who has successfully completed the Service Children’s Education Schools Induction Programme in Germany or Cyprus.
