Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order shall be cited as the Hamilton Oxford Schools Partnership Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 6th September 2002.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

“Hamilton Oxford Schools Partnership Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the Hamilton Oxford Schools Partnership Education Action Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3 The extension of the Hamilton Oxford Schools Partnership Education Action Zone

The Hamilton Oxford Schools Partnership Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 6th September 2002.
