Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Governors' Annual Reports) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 2nd October 2002.

(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations ” means the Education (Governors' Annual Reports) (England) Regulations 1999 .

Section 2Amendment of the principal Regulations

After regulation 3 of the principal Regulations the following regulation shall be inserted—

(3A) The governors' report may be combined with any other document whose preparation by the governing body is required by or under any enactment.
