Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education Action Forum (Proceedings) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on lst October 2002.

Section 2Amendment of the Education Action Forum (Proceedings) Regulations 1998

Regulation 6 of the Education Action Forum (Proceedings) Regulations 1998 is omitted and instead is substituted:

(6) The quorum for any meeting of the Forum, and any vote on any matter at such a meeting, shall be one third of the membership of the Forum when complete or six people, whichever is the greater.
