Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Lottery Duty (Instant Chances) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 17th October 2002.

Section 2

Amend the Lottery Duty (Instant Chances) Regulations 1995 as follows.

Section 3

In regulation 5(2)(b) for “fifteen days” substitute “thirty days”.
