These Regulations may be cited as The M60 Motorway (Junction 25) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 21st October 2002.

The M60 Motorway (Junction 25) (Speed Limit) Regulations 2002
Section 2Imposition of speed limit
(1) No person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour on the restricted length of the motorway.
(2) “the restricted length of the motorway” means the clockwise carriageway of the M60 motorway between Marker Post 52.3 and Marker Post 53.5, a total distance of 1.2 kilometres.
