Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 25th October 2002.

Section 2
(1) In article 2(1) of the Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (No. 2) Order 2000 the definition of “graduate teacher” shall be amended as follows.
(2) At the end of sub-paragraph (b) replace “; and” with “, or” and insert the following sub-paragraph after that sub-paragraph—
(c) participates in an employment-based teacher training scheme pursuant to paragraph 19 of Part IV of Schedule 2 to those Regulations; and
