Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Longley Park Sixth Form College (Incorporation) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st November 2002 (“the commencement date”).

Section 2

There shall be established as from the commencement date a body corporate called “Longley Park Sixth Form College”, for the purpose of establishing and conducting as from the operative date an educational institution of that name.

Section 3

The operative date in relation to the further education corporation established by this Order shall be 6th September 2004, and the corporation shall conduct Longley Park Sixth Form College from that date.
