Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Minibus and Other Section 19 Permit Buses (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st November 2002.

Section 2Amendment of fees payable for a permit
(1) The Minibus and Other Section 19 Permit Buses Regulations 1987 shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3) below.
(2) In regulation 4(a), for a “£14” there shall be substituted “£15”.
(3) In regulation 4(b), for “£7” there shall be substituted “£8”.
