Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) (Amendment) (No. 2) (England and Wales) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st November 2002.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales .

Section 2Amendment to registration fees

(1) The Public Service Vehicles (Registration of Local Services) Regulations 1986 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3) below.
(2) In regulation 12(1)(b), for “£38” there is substituted “£40”.
(3) In regulation 12(2)(b), for “£38” there is substituted “£40”.
