Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) (Revocation) Order 2002 and comes into force on 1 December 2002.

Section 2

The Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) Order 1992 and the Excise Duties (Personal Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1999 are revoked.
