Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2002.

Section 2Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order shall come into force on 9th November 2002.

Section 3Citation, commencement and interpretation

In this Order “the 1993 Order ” means “the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993” .

Section 4Amendment of the 1993 Order

In the Schedule to the 1993 Order, after “Uganda”, there be inserted “Zimbabwe”.
