Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the North East Derbyshire Coalfields Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st December 2002.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

“North East Derbyshire Coalfields Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the North East Derbyshire Coalfields Education Action Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3 The extension of the North East Derbyshire Coalfields Education Action Zone

The North East Derbyshire Coalfields Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 1st December 2002.
