Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Heart of Slough Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st December 2002.

Section 2Interpretation

In this Order—

“Heart of Slough Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the Heart of Slough Education Action Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3The extension of the Heart of Slough Education Action Zone

The Heart of Slough Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 1st December 2002.
