Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 2nd December 2002.

Section 2
These Regulations extend to England only.
Section 3
(1) The Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (Amendment) Regulations 1986 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4A(1) , after “a traffic warden”, insert—
“, a designated person to whom paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to the Police Reform Act 2002 applies, or an accredited person to whom paragraph 7 of Schedule 5 to that Act applies”.
