Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st December 2002.

Section 2

The Schedule to the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) Regulations 1995 shall be amended by substituting:

(a) in fee number (i) “£168” for “£160”;

(b) in fees numbers (ii) and (iii) “£263” for “£250”;

(c) in fee number (iv) “£44” for “£42”;

(d) in fees numbers (v) and (vi) “£7.25” for “£7”; and

(e) in fees number (v) and (vi) “£9” for “£8.50”.
