Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Maximum Number of Judges Order 2002, and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2
Section 2(1) of the Supreme Court Act 1981 , prescribing the maximum number of ordinary judges of the Court of Appeal, shall be amended so as further to increase the maximum number of those judges to thirty-seven.
