Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) (Variation) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 15th January 2003.

Section 2
Schedule 1 to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Hague Convention Countries) Order 1993 shall be varied by inserting, before the word “Denmark”, the word “Australia”.
