Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st January 2003.

Section 2

In these Regulations, the “2001 Regulations” shall mean the Limited Liability Partnerships (Fees) ( No. 2) Regulations 2001 .

Section 3

The Schedule to the 2001 Regulations is amended by substituting, in respect of entry 6(a), the sum of £3.00 for the sum specified in relation to that entry in the second column of the Schedule to the 2001 Regulations.
