Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Act 1977 and National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Amendment) Amendment Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 28th November 2002.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales only.

Section 2 Amendment of the National Health Service Act 1977 and National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Amendment) Regulations 2002

In regulation 2 of the National Health Service Act 1977 and National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (Amendment) Regulations 2002 for “1997” there is substituted “1977”.
