Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 31st December 2002.

(2) These Regulations shall extend to Great Britain.

Section 2Amendments

(1) The Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions.
(2) In regulation 4 (exemptions), paragraph (2) for “1 January 2003”, there shall be substituted “1 January 2004”.
(3) In Schedule 1, in paragraph 5 (boarding lifts and ramps), in sub-paragraph (3)(c), for “7°”, there shall be substituted “8°”.
