Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the District of Waveney (Electoral Changes) (Amendment) Order 2002.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the day after that on which it is made.

Section 2 Amendment to the 2001 Order

(1) The District of Waveney (Electoral Changes) Order 2001 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In Article 6(2) the words “Wangford with Henham” shall be removed.

(3) In Article 6(3) the words “Wangford with Henham” shall be inserted before the words “and Wrentham”.

(4) In Article 6(4) the words “Wangford with Henham” shall be inserted before the words “and Wrentham”.

(5) In Article 6(7) the words “Wangford with Henham” shall be inserted before the words “and Wrentham”.
