Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Croydon Tramlink Class CR4000 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st January 2003.

Section 2Amendment

In article 9 of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Croydon Tramlink Class CR4000 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2001 , for the words “31st December 2002” there shall be substituted “31st March 2005”.
