Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (C2C Class 357/0 Vehicles) Exemption (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st January 2003.

Section 2Amendment

In article 5(4) of the Rail Vehicle Accessibility (C2C Class 357/0 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2001 , for the words “31st December 2002” there shall be substituted “31st December 2011”.
