Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Langley Junior School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2002 and shall come, into force on 6th January 2003.

Section 2Exemption from School Sessions Regulations

The Changing of School Session Times Regulations 1999 shall not apply to the governing body of Langley Junior School of Pendeen Crescent, Southway, Plymouth PL6 6QS.

Section 3Time limit

This Order shall have effect until 31st July 2003.
