Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Easington and Seaham Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 10th January 2003.

Section 2Interpretation

(1) In this Order—

“Easington and Seaham Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the Easington and Seaham Education Action Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3The extension of the Easington and Seaham Education Action Zone

The Easington and Seaham Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 10th January 2003.
