Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Rainbow Education Action Zone in Stoke on Trent (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 10 January 2003.

Section 2Interpretation

In this Order—

“Rainbow Education Action Zone in Stoke on Trent” means the Education Action Zone established by the Rainbow Education Action Zone in Stoke on Trent Order 1999 .

Section 3The extension of the Rainbow Education Action Zone in Stoke on Trent

The Rainbow Education Action Zone in Stoke on Trent is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 10th January 2003.
