Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Action for Learning Partnership, Bedford Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 10th January 2003.

Section 2 Interpretation

(1) In this Order—

“Action for Learning Partnership, Bedford Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the Action for Learning Partnership, Bedford Education Action Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3 The extension of the Action for Learning Partnership, Bedford Education Action Zone

The Action for Learning Partnership, Bedford Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 10th January 2003.
