Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Speke Garston Excellent Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 10 January 2003.

Section 2Interpretation

(1) In this Order—

“Speke Garston Excellent Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the Speke Garston Excellent Education Action Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3The extension of the Speke Garston Excellent Education Action Zone

The Speke Garston Excellent Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 10th January 2003.
