Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the South Bradford Community Learning Partnership Education Action Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 10 January 2003.

Section 2 Interpretation

(1) In this Order—

“South Bradford Community Learning Partnership Education Action Zone” means the Education Action Zone established by the South Bradford Community Learning Partnership Education Action Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3 The extension of the South Bradford Community Learning Partnership Education Action Zone

The South Bradford Community Learning Partnership Education Action Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 10th January 2003.
