Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Gloucester Education Achievement Zone (Extension) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 10 January 2003.

Section 2 Interpretation

(1) In this Order—

“Gloucester Education Achievement Zone ” means the Education Action Zone established by the Gloucester Education Achievement Zone Order 1999 .

Section 3 The extension of the Gloucester Education Achievement Zone

The Gloucester Education Achievement Zone is extended for a further period of two years beginning with 10th January 2003.
