Section 1 Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Homelessness Act 2002 (Commencement No. 3) (England) Order 2002.

(2) This Order extends to England only.

Section 2 Commencement

Section 14 of the Homelessness Act 2002 shall come into force, in so far as it confers powers to make regulation, on 5th December 2002.

Section 3 Commencement

The following provisions of the Homelessness Act 2002 shall come into force on 31st January 2003—

section 13,

section 14, except in so far as already in force,

sections 15 and 16, and

section 18, except in so far as already in force.
