Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the National Lottery (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 13th January 2003.

Section 2 Fees for licences under section 6

(1) The National Lottery (Licence Fees) Order 2001 shall be amended as follows.

(2) Article 3 (fees for licences under section 6) shall be renumbered as paragraph (1) of that article.

(3) At the beginning of paragraph (1) of article 3 (as so renumbered) there shall be inserted “Subject to paragraph (2)”.

(4) After paragraph (1) of article 3 (as so renumbered), there shall be inserted—

(2) Where a licence granted under section 6 of that Act authorises the promotion by the licensee of an unrestricted number of lotteries which fall within a particular description specified in the licence, the fee shall be £100,000
