Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

These regulations may be cited as the Gas (Calculation of Thermal Energy) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st February 2003.

Section 2Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) The Gas (Calculation of Thermal Energy) Regulations 1996 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 14, omit the words “who is a member of the Director’s staff”.
