Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Supply and Sale of Equipment) (Penalties and Licences) (Revocation) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 7th March 2002.

Section 2

The following Regulations are hereby revoked:
(a) The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Supply and Sale of Equipment) (Penalties and Licences) Regulations 1998 .
(b) The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Supply and Sale of Equipment) (Penalties and Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 .
