Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Leasehold Reform (Notices) (Amendment) (No. 2) (England) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 10th April 2003.

(2) These Regulations extend to England only.

Section 2 Amendment

In the Schedule to the Leasehold Reform (Notices) Regulations 1997 for Form 3, substitute the Form in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Section 3 Application

These Regulations shall apply to a notice in reply given by a landlord, in accordance with paragraph 7(1) of Schedule 3 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 , on or after the date these Regulations come into force.
