Section 1Citation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (Commencement No. 7) (England) Order 2002.

(2) This Order applies as respects England only.

Section 2Provision coming into force on 1st May 2003

With the exception of subsection(1)(c), section 79 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (records of location of apparatus) shall come into force, as respects England, on 1st May 2003.
