Section 1Title and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

Section 2Amendment of the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2000
The bodies listed in Schedule 1 to this Order are removed from the Schedule to the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2000 .
Section 3Designation
The bodies listed in Schedule 2 to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending with 31st March 2003 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.
