Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 30th March 2002.

Section 2Amendment of the Regulations

In regulation 3(1)(b) of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Amendment Regulations 2002 (transitional provisions), the word “expected” shall be omitted.
