Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (England) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

(2) This Order shall only apply in relation to England.

Section 2Conferring of additional function

The additional function of administering on behalf of the Secretary of State any scheme established by her for the payment of grants under the Education (Teacher Training Bursaries) (England) Regulations 2002 is hereby conferred on the Teacher Training Agency.

Section 3Revocation

The Teacher Training Agency (Additional Functions) (England) ( No. 2) Order 2001 is revoked.
