Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.

(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Welfare Food Regulations 1996 .

Section 2 Amendment of regulation 7 of the principal Regulations

(1) Regulation 7 of the principal Regulations (purchase of dried milk at a reduced price) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

(2) In paragraph 7(1)(c), for “£4.05”, there shall be substituted “£4.10”; and

(3) In paragraph 7(1A), for “£71” there shall be substituted “£72.20”.

Section 3 Revocations

The following Regulations are revoked—

The Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 1997

The Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 1998

The Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 1999

The Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2001 .
