Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Southampton East Healthcare Primary Care Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 8th March 2002.

(2) In this Order “ the Order ” means the Southampton East Healthcare Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 ; and

“ the trust ” means the trust established by the Order.

Section 2 Amendment of the Primary Care Trust Establishment Order

(1) In the Schedule of the Order shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

(2) For the Schedule there shall be substituted the following Schedule—

AREA OF TRUST

In the city of Southampton—

the electoral wards of Bargate, Bassett, Bitterne, Bitterne Park, Coxford, Freemantle, Harefield, Millbrook, Peartree, Portswood, Redbridge, St. Luke's, Shirley, Sholing, Woolston.
