Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Bursaries for School Teacher Training) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.
(2) These Regulations shall apply in relation to England.

Section 2
The Education (Bursaries for School Teacher Training) (England) Regulations 2002 shall be amended by the deletion of the word “same” from the definition of “qualified teacher” in regulation 2 and by the deletion from regulation 7(1)(c) of the words “included in the pilot scheme”.
