Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Asylum Support (Repeal) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 8th April 2002.

Section 2Repeal of section 96(3) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999

Subsection (3) of section 96 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (ways in which support may be provided) is hereby repealed.
