Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) (Revocation) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 28th May 2002, immediately after the coming into force of the Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance Orders (Designation of Reciprocating Countries) Order 2002.

Section 2

“Brunei” and “Newfoundland and” shall be omitted from the First Schedule to the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Order 1959 .
