The Telecommunication Services (Channel Islands) Order 2002

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Telecommunication Services (Channel Islands) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 29th March 2002.

Section 2

This Order applies—

(a) to the Bailiwick of Jersey for the purposes of article 3(a) and (c);

(b) to the Bailiwick of Guernsey for the purposes of article 3(b) and (c);

(c) to the United Kingdom and to the Isle of Man for the purposes of article 3(c).

Section 3

The following Orders are revoked—

(a) the Telecommunication Services (Jersey) Order 1972 ;

(b) the Telecommunication Services (Guernsey) Order 1972 ; and

(c) the Telecommunication Services (Channel Islands Consequential Provisions) Order 1972 .
