Section 1 Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (Commencement No. 15) Order 2002.

(2) In this Order, references to sections and Schedules are references to sections of, and Schedules to, the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999.

Section 2 Amendment of earlier Order

In the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2002 article 2(h) and (k) (appointed day for coming into force of paragraphs 67 to 72 of Schedule 12 and section 84(1) so far as relating to those paragraphs) shall be omitted.

Section 3 Appointed days

The day appointed for the coming into force of—

(a) section 84(1) (consequential amendments etc. ), so far as relating to paragraphs 67 to 72 of Schedule 12;

(b) paragraphs 67 to 72 of Schedule 12 (consequential amendments to the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 and the Insolvency Act 1986 ),

is 26th March 2002 for the purposes of making regulations and 6th April 2002 for all other purposes.
