Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 2002.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 17th April 2002.

Section 2Amendment of the 1993 Order

After article 2(b) of the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 there is inserted—
; or
in the case of a national or citizen of the People’s Republic of China, holds a passport issued by either the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or the Macao Special Administrative Region
