This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Act 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003.

The Land Registration Act 2002 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003
Section 2
The following provisions of the Land Registration Act 2002 shall come into force on 28th April 2003—
(a) section 107 and Schedule 9; and
(b) paragraph 28 of Schedule 11 and, so far as it relates to that paragraph, section 133.
